You can schedule (or walk in, pending wait times) for an appointment with a Geek Squad Consultation Agent, they would be able to assess your device and provide any eligible service recommendations, be it in-store or mail-in repair. Note that these 3rd party batteries are UNABLE to be installed by Geek Squad. Purchasing like this from Bestbuy.com would be for the purpose of you installing yourself.
