“I had my dash cam installed by Best Buy in October 2020. It no longer works. Wired into the cigarette port Cobra symbol on the screen and a blue light. Will not show any menu etc Where can I get it checked? Not computer savvy”

I would think you could get it checked out a Best Buy. That said, based upon what you've provided, it appears to me to be a power problem. I suggest you check the fuse for the cigarette port.
