Generally the SD cards are in stock at the store; but Nextbase likes to push their proprietary one which you should order with the cam. Finally, I’d suggest dropping your car off hours before the appointment if at all possible, especially if you have a European car (they do a nice job working on them, just hate working on them); at least my local store is always complaining about being overbooked, behind schedule, or trying to find any excuse to postpone an appointment. I find that by being early and telling them I can pick up the car whenever they usually don’t ask me to postpone (I know cause I’ve them do lots of installs this year).
