• They sell cameras in store but I bought dual cameras on Amazon. The installation went smooth.

• It really depends on the technician. They would prefer you buy the ones they have because they can offer more support and protection. If they install the device and it's defective there's nothing they can do about that. If you buy it from Best Buy they can just grab another one and swap it out.
