“Does anyone know if this will work with a Papago dash cam? I don't want to leave the camera on the window all the time so I need a way to remove it easily rather than using a suction cup on the window. If this won't work, anyone have any suggestions?”

Yes I think it might work all you need is a suction cup holder for your camera. Then suction cup it to product it is weighted try it you can always return if it doesn't work.
