In Humble they installed mine few weeks ago.

Please try again later.I have no idea about the Conroe Tx store, but can state it is not a system wide prohibition, for Geek Squad did just such an installation for me a few days ago. And the rear camera was placed to not impede the automatic raising/lowering of a motorized read window shade in a 2014 Lexus ES300h sedan. It was $100 well spent, for I fear it would have taken me 5 or 6 hours, having never done such an installation prior. And the dash cam installed was not a brand available at BestBuy, since it was a gift to me.
