A:AnswerI'll explain what happened to me and maybe that might help.
I spilled water on my laptop. My local Geek Squad sent my laptop out to their main computer repair in Kentucky for repairs. After 30 days they couldn't fix it and sent it back with the two hard drives removed. All I had to pay then was shipping.
I don't know what information was on either hard drive but retrieving the data on largest of the hard drive was free because I had Total Tech Support. I had to supply an external hard drive for them to transfer the data to and when the hard drive came back the local Geek Squad transferred the data into my new laptop.
I hope this sheds some light on your predictament.

A:AnswerCan't help you out sir. I don't have any videos on my hard drive that got sent out for data recovery and haven't got it back yet.

A:Answer1. Check your account if auto back-up was in force.
2. Swap Sim card to new phone and try to re-establish system you previously had.
