- Answer Hello James, thanks for your interest in our products! The DVR needs to be physically connected via an Ethernet cable, to your modem/router if you are interested in viewing remotely from your smartphone.

- Answer Great question Dani, thanks for your interest! The cameras detect motion based on changes in the image captured by the DVR. Unlike cameras that require a motion sensor to detect motion, Wireless HD cameras can detect motion at much greater distances. These systems also include sensitivity settings to help you customize your motion detection so you can get the peace of mind you deserve!

- Answer Hello Christy, thank you for your interest in our systems! Each Camera comes with a 60' cable. The remote viewing app is called DefenderHD and is a free download from your respective App store. And lastly, yes, you are able to remotely view from out of country when your DVR is connected to the internet and you have the App set up correctly. QuestionCan this be set up in other countries? I bought a house in the Philippines most of the appliances I brought from here needed a transformer/converter if I use it there. I wonder if this needed the same thing. They have 220 volts there compare to USA 110.

- Answer Thanks for your question Mira. This system includes power adapters compatible with 110 to 220 volts, an adapter may be needed to make the blades on the plug match there. Please bear in mind however that the warranty on the system is valid only within the United States.

- Answer Thank you for your question. There is a zoom option when you click the individual camera views. This allows you to expand a selected section of the image. Please bear in mind that these cameras do not have an adjustable optical zoom.
