Our extensive knowledge base is full of how to videos that will help you each step of the way. The Defender HD app is extremely easy to set up. Simply create an account in the app, scan your DVR's QR Barcode, Enter your DVR password and you'll be able to see your cameras anywhere with an internet connection!

• This is not wifi, the dvr has to be hard wired to the router, with an ethernet cable that's included. The camera is wireless & already paired to the dvr, just plug it in. If you wish to access the dvr from a smart phone, tablet or laptop, you will need to download the app. Pretty simple, very happy with it.
