Great question, Mick! There are many factors in determining how much footage can be stored. As this is a 4K system the footage does take up more space as it is higher quality. With the system recording 24/7 on all cameras you may get, up to 120 hours possibly more however this is an estimation. Thank you for your interest in Defender! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe this is going vary depending upon how the recording is set up. I have mine set to only record when motion/movement is detected. At this time, I have recordings still available back to Jan 1, 2020 and believe it goes even further, though I did not look beyond January. So for me, recordings go back almost 4 months. If you set your system to record 24x7, likely you will fill up the drive and it will begin overwriting the oldest recordings. Hope that helps.
