No, the camera can't be accessed directly by IP address.

The Defender Guard IP camera records to an SD card that is within the camera, and you can view the footage through the Defender Guard app, which is free to download. There is no cloud service associated with this camera. Once you purchase the camera, there are no fees for any services.
