“I have no technical knowledge, Do I need Internet or Wi-Fi for this system? Will I see someone vandalizing my property without needing internet or Wi-Fi? Sorry but I'm a tech dinosaur that knows nothing about this stuff. Hoping for an answer.”

Hello Woodman, thank you for your inquiry and interest in Defender! The PhoenixM2 is a completely stand alone system. It does not require (or is able to) connect to the internet. This does not offer the feature of being able to view remotely. If you do have any additional technical inquiries, we do recommend that you contact us directly from our website, where you will have both Live Chat and completion of the online contact form for options.
