“Does the dvr just contiulesly record over whats already been recorded”

• Thanks for a great question! You have the option to either record continuously, overwriting older footage, or have the recording stop once the SD card is ful.

• I just purchased this, and yes, it does have an option to rewrite over the sd card once it is full.

• you have a few options. The dvr will record until the SD card is full and then you can replace it and keep the recorded card, or you can go thru the files and erase the ones you do not want to keep, or you can set the dvr to record over previous files. It will record till the card is full, and then it will record over one file at a time starting with the oldest file. How many days you can gt out of the recording is based on the SD card size. The bigger the better.
