• Great Question Ronnie! The cameras would all need to be plugged into a dedicated power supply. An extension cable can be used as long as it is rated for the environment in which it is being used so that you have more options when mounting the cameras. Thank you for your interest in Defender!

• Both the camera and monitor run on AC, so if your power source provides AC, they should be fine.
