“cam 2 is working fine but cam 1 is out of range. how do i fix cam 1 do i need to pair them and if so which one do i push the pairing button on, 1 or 2”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My system did the exact same thing. It worked great for a month, and then camera 2 started going out of range constantly. I traded camera 1 and camera 2 to see if it was the location, but it wasn't. Camera 2 acted up in both locations, but camera 1 was fine in both. Not happy, because just when I really needed them it screwed up! I am going to be returning it.

If your camera 1 is out of range, you will need to press the pairing button on camera 1 while the monitor is counting down. For the best results, bring the camera closer to the monitor before installing in it's final location.
