“My monitor keeps losing contact with the camera and reads out of range doesn’t matter if the monitor is only 1ft from camera.It shows out of range more than it has a picture.the system is only one month old.”

Pairing the camera should restore your image, instructions to do so can be found on the quick start guide included with your PhoenixM2 System.
