Thank you for being part of the Defender Family Flaco. I am sorry to see that you are having some troubles with your PhoenixM2. The system not recording could be a result of the SD card being full. Please format the SD card by pressing the Menu button, selecting the Settings option and select Format Memory. If you require further assistance please reach out the retailer and they should be able to assist!
