“What are the dimensions of the top plate? Are these large enough to support Bowers and Wilkins 602 S3 speakers (9 1/2' wide x 12" deep and 23 pounds)? If not, which speaker stands do you recommend?”

The smaller plate is 7 x 8, and the larger plate is 9 x 10. Very sturdy and I am using them for both heavy and pricey speakers. I have used them for many years with large and small speakers. They are very heavy and will support pretty much any stand mount speaker.
