make sure the lfe out cord is in there correctly if it wiggles a little bit the sound shuts off I thought it had a bigger problem but that's all it was was just a cable end was loose it could be the fuse,I have the super cube 2 and on the back it has a fuse, there a slot for a small flat head screwdriver, just about a half turn then use your hand to take it the rest of the way out. If that's the problem you should be able to get it at a radio shack type store or a music store just make sure you get the correct one, when you take the fuse out it should have the info on there.
