How easy something is to use is of course relative....that said Chrome OS is meant to be user friendly and straight forward to use for sure. We have 3 Chrome OS devices in our house, including my primary laptop (typing this response from a 3 year old HP Chrome Book) as well as one for each of my kids. We are all very pleased with the speed, simplicity and reliability that Google has achieved, far surpassing Microsoft in both regards especially when compared to Windows 10 (again I used both OS's as well as several Linux flavors on a regular basis). You should be up and running within a few short minutes with this laptop. Any wired or wireless mouse should be plug and play and in terms of printer support with Chrome OS, Google has tried to make that straight forward as well -> https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/7225252?hl=en I don't think that you will be sorry with purchasing this Dell laptop. I purchased it for use in the Sunday morning church group that I lead, as the several year old laptop available for use in the class (an older Dell laptop running Windows 10) is embarrassingly slow, an experience that I've never observed on any Chrome OS device (consistent speed being one of the many hallmarks of Chrome OS).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
