“Has anyone connected a wireless/usb keyboard and mouse to the Dell Inspiron 13. Model 7352? I have connected 2 different wireless/usb keyboard and mouse to this computer and it freezes. Both brands have been Logitech, one brand new out of the box last night. Now my new computer, which is 10 days, old can no longer identify any wireless connections, event the router sitting under my desk. Wireless router is working because I am able to connect old laptop, iPad and iPhone to the the router. Looking for advise. Thanks.”

I have connected the products. I am able to make all connections.

I've connected three different mice (1 BT, 1 wired, 1 wireless with a logitech nano receiver) and never had any issues. I've also connected to three different wireless networks with completely different wireless routers and have never had any issues there either.
