“Is the aluminium chassis is durable and sturdy to use the laptop outside?”

• I do sports photography and this is a vital piece of my work. The hinges are rock solid and the over chassis quality is professional grade. Depending on how rough you are with it, you should only get scratches in the brushed aluminum. The screen is bright enough at 100% to be seen well in direct sunlight, but the reflectiveness of the screen might cause some issues.

• Yes, for outdoor use as long as it's around safe environments and not high moisture, dust zones, etc

• I am not sure if I got a defective piece but it’s t definitely not suitable for outdoor use. The hinges aren’t good. There are way better hinges used in new laptops, this is just a regular loose one.
