• I have a basic wireless keyboard and mouse (keyboard is dell, mouse is not) that connected easily And works perfectly

• This monitor doesn’t have an integrated operating system, so you don’t connect a mouse or keyboard directly to it. it works just like any other monitor. The only difference is that this one has a built in camera which works connecting the monitor to the CPU with a USB cable besides the HDMI for picture.
