QuestionI did connect HDMI cable from monitor to PC (HDMI - monitor to HDMI PC) for monitor model S2422HZ, but the Webscan and microphone do not work. What I want is to connect the monitor to my PC not connect to the laptop, please let me know what am missing?

- Answer Connect the provided usb-c cable. Or get a usb-c to type-a adapter if needed for your connection. HDMI alone is only good for display and sound, not camera or microphone.

- Answer It has a USB-C port for connectivity and a built in USB hub with Power Delivery and a USB-A connector at the bottom of the monitor to connect another USB device or power a small notebook

- Answer I used a double-ended HDMI to connect to my laptop. Monitor has an HDMI socket and laptop has an HDMI socket. Hope that helps.

QuestionIs there a cable I can purchase to be able to use the audio/video and charge my Samsung laptop (only USB ports)? I tried a USB C Female to USB Male adapter that did not work. I am really hoping to be able to eliminate the charging cord with this monitor.

QuestionConnecting a MacBook Pro directly to this monitor with the USB-C cable is great. But if I have 3 or 4 peripherals, like printers and a Time Machine drive all connected via USB, won't I still need a hub or dock station? Can it be connected to the monitor?

- Answer I am running Windows 11. The USB-C can handle all of those resources. I would be very surprised if the MacBook cannot handle those resources correctly.
