• This is no a 4K monitor. It’s 1440p and performance on a 1070 would be great paired with it.

• The DELL 24 GAMING MONITOR - S2417DG I purchased is only a 2k (1440p) Monitor. You'd have to look at a different model. As far as FPS taking a dive while using 4k as the resolution it'll depend on the game. A lesser demanding game might be able to pull off higher frames than if you tried playing Assassins creed origins at 4k trying to maintain at least 60fps. That all depends. Continue doing your research. Google "Insert what im asking here" and then add reddit to the end of it and search in google and you should be able to get pointed in a good direction.

• This monitor displays 1440p and under, the 1070 can output around 50 fps at full 4k resolution.
