• Yea - this monitor has an HDMI input but no speakers - so you will need an audio out.

• You can not plug your PS4 into a PC. You can most likely plug your PS4 into this monitor and use it as a display. It will work for both a PC display and PS4 display. I believe PS4 also has an app that allows you to remotely play the PS4 on your PC, but I am unfamiliar with it.
