can this run 144 fps on forza 3 with a gtx 1070? null

I had a 1070 before I received my 1080ti - I doubt you'll get 144 steady on this monitor w\ that card. its a solid card, but remember - this is a 1440p monitor. You are pushing more than double the pixels compared to a 1080p monitor. That being said, since you have an Nvidia card, this will support Gsync and make it buttery smooth anyways.
