• That is a Display port cable and you should be able to get 1440 with it.

• Usb cable is so you can connect keyboard, mouse, drives etc... to your pc through monitor. Yes you can run everything at 1440p.

• Yes 1440@ 144hz only if you use the DP cables. Super usb is not worth it really. I would stick to the Display port for best FPS and refresh rate.

• First off, have no idea what you mean by super usb cable as there are no such thing. Secondly, if you are referring to the display port (DP) cable, then you can run 1440.but only if you have a compatable nvidia gpu, amd GPU will not obtain 1440 nor will using an HDMI cable to hook up the monitor.
