144hz is maximum refresh when using a display port cable. 60hz if using HDMI

Max refresh rate of this monitor is 144hz but can go lower depending your resolution settings and 3D applications. The GSYNC and Freesync options will allow for tear-free gaming so long as your card has updated drivers and is capable of this feature.

144hz if you look at the specs section it says it.
