A curve is a personal preference. I wish it had a curve :( you could get the 32" freesync curved dell monitor. That one is also great but it's just TOO big for me. If you are using it for more, it would be better to have an IPS monitor if you are a color snob. While this is a great panel, the blacks are a bit washed out and you won't need the response time to watch anime on :)
