• Hi Grapes, Seems like the Xbox One only has the option of going up to 120Hz and should give you a better experience using this monitor. You can find the 60/120Hz option under the display and sound setting on your Xbox from what I'm seeing online.

• Hello! XBox One does not have the capability to push a 144Hz frame rate. The XBox One X will be able to achieve 144Hz, but not with this particular monitor.
