Please perform the steps below to resolve the issue. Ensure your HP laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. If DisplayPort fails, try connecting via HDMI to verify video output works. Unplug the DisplayPort cable from the DA305, then plug it back in. Update the DA305 firmware via Dell’s support site. Ensure your laptop has the latest BIOS, graphics drivers, and Thunderbolt/USB-C drivers installed. The DA305 supports up to 90W pass-through. Ensure your laptop is receiving sufficient power. The DA305 supports only one external display at a time. If multiple displays are connected, disconnect one and test again. If the issue persists, please contact the Dell Technical support team for further assistance.
