Ensure your laptop has the latest BIOS, graphics drivers, and Thunderbolt/USB-C drivers installed. The DA305 supports up to 90W pass-through. Ensure your laptop is receiving sufficient power. The DA305 supports only one external display at a time. If multiple displays are connected, disconnect one and test again. If the issue persists, please contact the Dell Technical support team for further assistance.
