“The scanner would not work. I had to install 3rd party software to get it to work! Printer bought yesterday. Dell claims warranty ends in 11 months! Installation software fails to install the scanner. Support was reluctant to assist.”

Did not experience any installation problems. Later had some connectivity issues and Dell support fixed all issues.
