You could use a UB 3.0 Type-C to HDMI adapter and attach another HDMI cord to that. You could also just get a HDMI splitter. However, you said "could it handle it" and it might not be able to. The GPU and CPU are pretty good and it probably can handle it but you'd have to test to see if it can.
