• Yes It Does , I am from Egypt and Ordered one G3 3590 from UAE Dell and it Surprisingly Came with Built in fingerprint in Power Button that`s pretty cool with high accuracy and response ... If you download one of G3 3590 Hardware Guide from Dell.com , You would see that they assuring that`s Model Varying but You can Customize your Edition from the Company Including a FingerPrint in Your Version.
