If you increase the ram does it affect the vram? null

No. The VRAM would be the RAM on the Video Card which is discrete from the System RAM. You might be able to tweak windows settings to use some of the RAM to be added to the VRAM pool but it'd be weird considering you are using a discrete adapter.
