Yes it’s a dedicated graphics card not sure on the other question
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I travel internationally for a living and have never had a problem plugging newer electronic devices into 220v power sockets. The little "box" attached to the power cord converts the power from 220v to 110v. If you look on the box it will show you what voltage it will handle. Most newer chargers will handle between 100-240v (including cell phone chargers). Using an adapter on the plug in will allow you to plug into various outlets.. there are a couple different ones used in Europe, Australia, and Asia.
