I run fortnite quite a lot and it runs it well, but I don’t use epic settings, I would say that it may not be able to handle epic setting, unless you get the ram upgrade from 8 gb to 16 gbs. Then it would be able to handle epic settings extremely well. So to sum it up, I would say heck yeah if you are getting 16 gigs of ram or else not super well. Hope this helped.
