Yes it has a second NVME slot. Note however that Dell does not include the mounting bracket or the screw to secure it. You can order these parts from Dell or another retailer, it's not easy to track down. You can also grab a screw from the battery to secure it incase if you can't find one. Without the brackets and screw you can still install the NVME, but it will not be secured down. Also the metal plate covering the empty NVME also functions as a heatspreader and has thermal pads on the other side. Do not throw it away.
