“Do these machines have a full version of Windows 8 installed on them? I have purchased two of these refurbished machines. The first one needed a Windows Activation code and Geek Squad said the only thing to do was return it. The second one I purchased has the same issue where it is asking for a Windows Activation code. I didn't want to send it back so I tried purchasing a new code following the directions on the computer and it will not let me purchase a code. What am I to do?”
