Can this be out on a smart TV screen with Bluetooth? null

Bluetooth is for audio. Yes you can connect to a bluetooth device from Chromebook. However, to stream videos, you need to connect using an HDMI cable to your smart TV. This laptop doesn't have wireless screen share so you need to connect using HDMI. Which is what I do.
