A:Answer I thank the "Dell Team" for their link to the manual, but apparently Dell desperately needs to train their tech support better. Their answer, "The RAM has a capacity up to 1TB" shows that they don't know the difference between RAM and Storage, i.e., temporary memory and permanent memory. On page 15 of the manual can be found the correct answer, that the MOBO will support up to 16GB, in two possible configurations: 1 x 16 GB, DDR4 or 2 x 8 GB, DDR4, dual-channel.
