QuestionGood day, I am an Electrical engineer and I work on HMI, SCADA, TIA PORTAL, CATIA, AUTO CAD. These are designing and programming softwares. Can this product able to run those softwares?. If not, Is it possible to install Intel i7 and 16 GB Ram?

- Answer This laptop can run applications like HMI, SCADA, TIA PORTAL, CATIA, AUTO CAD , however, for better performance a system with a dedicated graphics card and 16 GB RAM is recommended. We recommend selecting a computer for designing and programming software as per the recommended hardware by the software developer. The processor on this laptop cannot be upgraded. The RAM on this laptop can be upgraded to 16 GB in the following configuration: 16 GB, 1 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz or 16 GB, 2 x 8 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz, dual-channel.

- Answer Never ask the hardware manufacturer if specific software will work with it, especially as regards games. It's always the other way around. Additionally, since, like most laptops, it does not have a separate videocard, it is unlikely to be a good machine for much gaming.

- Answer You must buy it separately if you want it downloaded on the Inspiron 15 3535. However, if you have access to the online Microsoft Office (usually through schools/companies) it works perfectly on this laptop.
