• The laptop has got 10th generation i7 processor. Yes, you should be able to change the language to Spanish by going to Settings >> TIme and Language >> Language and selectins Spanish of different dialects.

• This laptop has the 10th Generation Intel Core i7-1065G7 shipped with it and yes, you can add a language pack to the Windows 10 operating system.
