No laptop can do what you're asking. You would have to get something like a top of the line Alienware laptop and also get their graphic amplifier box which is essentially a desktop graphics card that supplements the laptop's video card. Even then, you're probably looking at 20 - 30fps for Ultra settings @ 4K
