A:Answer I haven't owned the computer long enough to give you a really good answer, but I do know that Dell sells two batteries for this computer and the 58 watt-hour one is the bigger one. The 5th gen i7 is the most power efficient of the 5 generations of i7s but how long the computer will run depends on variables like: how brightly do you keep your screen? Do you have Wifi and Bluetooth enabled? Even when you're not using them? Are you powering an external CD or DVD drive? I suspect it will run at least 2 hours and you might be able to stretch that out to more hours if you're stingy with your power usage, but I just can't give you the specifics yet.
