Is it easy to swap the hard drive null

It is recommended to swap the hard drive through Dell support team. Any changes to the system hardware on your own would void the warranty.

Its very easy to change either the m.2 or the sata drive. About a dozen or so small screws holding he bottom on is all that is stopping you. They are small, be careful not to loose them. But of course warranty issues...
