• The keyboard is plastic. The specifications for this laptop does not list the keyboard as back-lit. Note: This model (5567) from Dell does offer OPTIONAL back-lit keyboards.

• Just got this model and it does not have a backlit keyboard unfortunately. The keyboard also has a plastic feel.

• The Dell website shows this model number, Inspiron 15 5567, as having a backlit keyboard. If someone who actually owns this can confirm, that would be great.
