Can I disable the touchpad and add a mouse? null

Yes. I have a wireless mouse hooked up to it, but I didn’t disable the touchpad. I go back and forth between using them so neither is disabled.

It may depend if you have a wireless or cable mouse. I simply plugged my mouse cable in and it started working. A wireless mouse my need syncing or more set up. Ask the sales person when purchasing the laptop.
